How to Blend Pictures with Paint.Net

Use a picture for a back and then paste another picture as a new layout by going to Layers at the left hand top and click Add New Layer. Then click Layers again and click Layout Properties. After that make the Opacity lower to make the picture blend. The lower the Opacity is, the more blend it is but don't make it blend too much or the picture will not show. You can also choose other Modes, like Glow, Overlay, and Multiply.
